Feel like you again

Feeling Unsteady After Loss? You're Not Alone

I work 1:1 with women after bereavement, separation, health shocks, or the loss of the life they thought they were going to have.

After a big loss, everything can feel unfamiliar. You might be functioning on the outside while feeling unsteady, foggy, or not quite yourself underneath.

You’re coping – but not living

You feel foggy, stuck, or like you’re in limbo

You should be “over it” – but you’re not

My work is calm, supportive, and practical, helping you steady emotionally, make sense of what’s happened, and take your next steps at your own pace.

How I Can Support You After a Big Loss

Gentle, structured 1:1 support, tailored to where you are right now.

Support After Loss

Emotional Grounding & Confidence

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t only come after death.

These sessions offer a calm, safe space to process what’s happened, steady your emotions, and begin to find your footing again, without pressure, judgement, or cliches.

So you feel steadier, clearer and more like you again.

Rebuilding Life After Loss

Feel Clear, Calm and Back in Control

Once the intensity of grief has eased, many women find themselves asking: Who am I now? What do I want my life to look like from here?

This stage of work is about rebuilding – gently, practically, and at your pace.

  • Rebuilding confidence and self-trust
  • Making decisions without fear or guilt
  • Finding meaning, direction, and motivation again.
  • Creating a life that fits who you are now, not who you were before.

This work is usually offered after grief support, or when loss has already been processed.

Words from women I've supported through loss and major life change..

“I don’t know where to start, Kelly! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve given me: support, encouragement and a listening ear. Thank you for believing in me, even when I definitely did not believe in myself and for coaching me to be the best version of myself.”

Sarah

“I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. Her caring and professional approach to grief coaching and life coaching is why I find myself in a much better place now after the sudden death of my husband, who I cherished, 7 months ago.”

Julie

“As a chronic insomniac, I had tried everything. Kelly’s sleep coaching was the only thing that worked. I now sleep soundly and wake up refreshed, ready to take on the day.”

Emily

“I feel Kelly has brought me up from rock bottom to see that I have a future when I only saw despair. I can’t recommend Kelly highly enough for both grief and life coaching”
