Support for women 40+

Feel Like Yourself Again After Loss, Burnout or Major Life Change

I work 1:1 with women navigating bereavement, separation, burnout, menopause, emotional overwhelm, health changes, or the loss of the life they thought they’d have.

After a big loss or change, everything can feel unfamiliar. You might be functioning on the outside while feeling unsteady, foggy, or not quite yourself underneath.

Maybe this sounds familiar:

You’re coping – but not living

You feel foggy, stuck, or like you’re in limbo

You should be “over it” – but you’re not

Many of the women I support are juggling midlife changes, emotional exhaustion, caregiving, relationship shifts, or years of putting themselves last.

My work is calm, supportive, and practical, helping you steady emotionally, make sense of what’s happened, and take your next steps at your own pace.

Support to help you feel steadier, make sense of what’s happened and find your way forward.

Support That Adapts to You

Emotional Support, Clarity & Rebuilding

You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need before we start.

We might begin with helping you feel steadier and less overwhelmed, then explore what’s happened, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and what you need now.

As things shift, our work can move towards rebuilding confidence, reconnecting with who you are and working out what comes next.

There’s no fixed formula. We start where you are and focus on what will help you most.

What Women Say About Working With Me

“I don’t know where to start, Kelly! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you’ve given me: support, encouragement and a listening ear. Thank you for believing in me, even when I definitely did not believe in myself and for coaching me to be the best version of myself.”

Sarah

“I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. Her caring and professional approach to grief coaching and life coaching is why I find myself in a much better place now after the sudden death of my husband, who I cherished, 7 months ago.”

Julie

“I feel Kelly has brought me up from rock bottom to see that I have a future when I only saw despair. I can’t recommend Kelly highly enough for both grief and life coaching”
