Hi, I’m Kelly.

Welcome to my grief coaching service, where you will gently discover how to thrive, not just survive. I’m here to support you on your journey through grief, whether it’s from the death of a loved one, a significant life transition, or other life challenges.
We juggle careers, ageing relatives, grown-up kids, hormonal changes, grief and loss, all while trying to work out our purpose and how to find time to enjoy the life we are living!
I have felt overwhelmed by grief and, at times, have even felt like giving up. None of us escapes grief, sadly, but there is hope.
I’m on a mission to normalise grief, to talk about it openly, to dispel the myths we are taught to live by, and above all, to ensure no woman is stuck in this dark place.
Grief doesn’t come with a manual. That’s why I work as both a coach and mentor. Some days you just need space to talk, untangle emotions, and find your way forward (coaching). Other days you need someone to guide you, share insights, and give you the practical tools to help the pain feel lighter (mentoring). Together we’ll combine both, so you can heal at your pace, with support that’s both gentle and grounded.
With a focus on creating a safe and compassionate space, I’ll guide you in exploring your feelings and uncovering your strengths. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of loss, helping you find a way forward that honours your experience.
Loss is crappy, but grievers deserve to have happy futures. You don’t have to face this alone. Let’s walk this path together.
Feel free to swear for emphasis (I might join you), cry, and laugh; I’m pretty laid-back, so please do what you need to do – no judgment here. Say what you are honestly feeling, not the filtered version you have to give to everyone else, speak the unspeakable. Many years as a Nurse have taken away my fear to talk about hard subjects and the ‘socially unacceptable.’ Be you and be supported.
