If you’re not ready to commit, start here. This first session gives you space to talk and see whether working together feels right. There’s no obligation to book anything further.
If you choose to continue, you can move into my 8-week support programme- and sessions remain £60 each as part of the programme.

This programme is usually chosen after the 4-week support, or when the early intensity of loss has eased.

How many sessions will I need?
Some people find 4 sessions are enough to process their loss, while others prefer longer-term support. That’s why I offer packages that are designed to lead from one to the next.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available online or in person (locally), so you can choose what works best for you.
What if I can't make a session?
I understand life happens! With 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your session at no extra cost.
