Grief Coaching is…
Inclusive & Non-Judgemental
No matter what the loss, grief is a very individual experience and all loss is valid and real to the person experiencing it. You cannot measure one person’s experience of loss to another. Society dictates that some losses are greater and more difficult to get over and therefore offers greater support to those considered more ‘worthy’ but I do not see grief in this way.
A Coaching Plan Designed to help you move forwards
Grief can be relentless and all consuming; the pain is unavoidable but I refuse to accept that loss means a lifetime of suffering. Coaching can allow you to find closure in loss, reduce suffering, and learn to enjoy life again. It offers the freedom to find joy in new relationships and opportunities, embracing change rather than hiding from it. With hard work and dedication, you will learn to ‘grow around the grief’ and fall in love with life again.
*Please note this is not therapy, if you feel you may be suffering with a mental health difficulty please seek the appropriate professional support.
